Great Investment deals. If the potential rent is $1200 per month, what is the estimated mortgage payments with todays current rates?

With a 3% downpayment on a 5% FHA Fixed rate your monthly Priniciple and Interest would be a little less than $600 a month, plus taxes of $125 a month and the condo fee of $250 - totaling $975 a month.....
